Greta’s Fennel and Cabbage Salad

1 fennel finely sliced fennel
Segments of 2 oranges
1/2 cup currents
1 avocado
Finely grated cabbage x 1 (small)
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
Salt
PepperDressing
lemon juice, olive oil, fennel powder and splash of red wine or sherry vinegar
