This was my dinner last night.
It looks really unhealthy, but it was only about 155 calories (not including the sauces). The onion rings were breaded with egg whites and a breadcrumb made from Fiber One cereal (blenderized), oregano, garlic salt, onion salt, regular salt, and pepper. I baked them for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
I had a zesty sauce in the back of my refrigerator, which inspired me to try and create my own version. I used horseradish, yellow mustard, and mayonnaise. It was pretty close. It was pretty mmm, delicious.
