Earl-Grey Orange Muffins
1 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
2 bags of earl grey tea
1 Tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
powdered sugar
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix wet ingredients together. Mix dry ingredients together. Cut open tea bags and put tea straight into the mixture. Mix the two together.
3. Fill muffin cups halfway. Bake for 15 minutes. Let muffins sit for five minutes.
4. Create glaze mixing desired amount of powdered sugar and orange juice.
